Returns & Exchanges
At Laura Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date, provided they are unworn and have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use the order tracking tool to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging or a secure box, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
